How can I order without a credit card?

Browse the site as normal, adding items to your shopping cart, then choose PRINT OUT YOUR ORDER from the shopping cart screen.

You can then post your order to us, along with your preferred form of payment - for example, a personal cheque, banker's draft, postal order 

All cheques, cash, postal orders and banker's drafts must be made payable to “SERCUS LIMITED”. UK Banks Only

In some circumstances (for example, when ordering an item from our catalogue that isn't on the website), you may wish to contact us directly instead of ordering via the Transformation website.

Please contact us and we will help you to place your order using the same security level as our online checkout. Please DO NOT send your credit card details by email - this is not secure.

 

Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch 96% of all orders within 24 hours. The delivery time taken, depends on your location and the method of delivery chosen, we will do our very best to deliver your parcel to you safely, discreetly and as quickly as possible. Due to the Worldwide Customs Clearance in your country you may experience some delay to the delivery of your order. Rest assured we will do our utmost to ensure any delay is minimalised.

UK (excluding Channel Islands):

  • 1st Class Royal Mail – 1 to 2 days
  • UPS Express – Next day*
  • Orders qualifying for Free deliveries, order sent by 1st Class Royal Mail

*Excludes Saturdays. Order must be placed before 2pm for next day delivery.

EU and all Channel Islands:

  • 1st Class Royal Mail – 12 to 21 days
  • Premium Express – 6 to 12 days (your tracking details available on request)
  • Orders qualifying for Free deliveries, order sent by 1st Class Royal Mail

USA and Canada:

  • 1st Class Royal Mail – 7 to 28 days
  • Premium Express – 10 to 14 days (your tracking details available on request)
  • Orders qualifying for Free deliveries, order sent by 1st Class Royal Mail

All other countries:

  • 1st Class Royal Mail – 14 to 28 days
  • Premium Express – 10 to 18 days

Click and Collect

UK customers can order goods online and have their order delivered to the Transformation shop in Manchester for collection.

If you wish to collect from our Manchester store. follow our online checkout process and select COLLECTION FROM STORE as your delivery option. There is no charge for this service.

Our high stock levels ensure speedy and efficient service. We take your privacy very seriously - we will NEVER pass on your details to any third party, and our security system and privacy policy ensure complete confidentiality and safety.

Are parcels sent discreetly?

Yes, all of our goods are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the actual products enclosed.

The return address on the back reads 'Sercus Ltd', followed by our UK head office in Manchester

 

 

How will the order be shown on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show a payment to Sercus Ltd.

All cheques should be made out to Sercus Ltd.

 

Returns and Refunds

Transformation offer a 100% guarantee on EVERY single product we supply. If you are unhappy with any product you receive, simply return it unopened and unused within 28 days for a full refund.

In the event of a product or item being faulty, defective items will be replaced with a similar or alternative item.

Note for US customers: Please do not return goods via UPS Delivery. If you have any queries, please contact us for more information.

Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country.
